****Reclaimed wood - Reclaimed wood has been saved from various sources and given a new life. Please note these can and often do have small flaws. This can be a slight dent, scratch or small nail hole to name a couple. All wood is solid but will show some of its past life. It will not be a "perfect" lumber yard look. We try our best to keep the good and do away with all the eally damaged wood. Working with this wood saves it from a landfill and more trees being cut.
This house has been made from reclaimed wood and measures about 9 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. Over all it is about 9 inches tall.
The wood carries it's own unique look from it's former life. It has been sanded smooth but we have left small nail holes and the like to show the love it has had. It has been poly coated on the outside for protection and to bring out the colors in the wood using a marine grade poly. Has a large clean out area in the roof. The chimney has been finished with tiny river stones and hand grouted between these stones. Plenty of room for a new family to move in.
