****Reclaimed wood - Reclaimed wood has been saved from various sources and given a new life. Please note these can and often do have small flaws. This can be a slight dent, scratch or small nail hole to name a couple. All wood is solid but will show some of its past life. It will not be a "perfect" lumber yard look. We try our best to keep the good and do away with all the eally damaged wood. Working with this wood saves it from a landfill and more trees being cut.
This house has been made from reclaimed wood and measures about 9 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. Over all it is about 9 inches tall. It has been poly coated on the outside for protection and to bring out the colors in the wood using a marine grade poly. Has a large clean out area in the roof. Front porch comes with a ready stack of logs to be used in the stone chimney. The chimney has been finished with tiny river stones and hand grouted between these stones. Plenty of room for a new family to move in.

I love this log cabin birdhouse, very well made. I hope to hang it soon on my porch and get some residents moving in soon.
