I wanta be a wizard free standing adjustable height 23 inch tall gnome

Wiz is a adjustable height gnome that when his legs are extended he will stand 23 inches tall. Or gently push his legs up and he will only be about 14 inches tall. He proudly wears a hat with purples, yellow and greens around the brim amd matching bows at his shoes made from a stiff wired ribbon. His outfit is made using felt to add to the worn look. Atop his hat he has added flowers and anything else that may help in his travels. Sequins accent both his sleeves and edge of his putfit. His feet have a little weight to help hi stand upright yet not to heavy. He is looking for a new home to call his own.
