This can be a slight dent, scratch or small nail hole to name a couple. All wood is solid but will show some of its past life. It will not be a "perfect" lumber yard look. We try our best to keep the good and do away with all the eally damaged wood. Working with this wood saves it from a landfill and more trees being cut.

This is one of our most popular feeders. This listing is for a UNFINISHED feeder. It will come to you fully assembled with outdoor glue and nails. You can stain or paint anyway you like, but remember to seal them when finished with a good quality outdoor poly for protection. They will have wire attached prior to shipping.

These are made from reclaimed plywood and spruce that would have ended up in a landfill but instead has been turned into something very nice. They measure a nice 12 inches wide by 16 inches long and about 10 inches tall. These are lightly sanded to remove any splinters. Please note that these feeders can and often due have small nail holes, dents or even a very small gap in the wood. If these bother you, you can add wood filler, sand and paint. We tend not to worry because it adds to the rustic look when we burn them. Glue and nails make these a very sturdy feeder that hangs from any tree branch or pole. Easy to fill and keep clean.
